CULTURAL HERITAGE AS A PLATFORM FOR THE ARMENIAN-TURKISH DIALOGUE
Though Armenian heritage maintainers have gladly recorded the changes in Turkish policy related to the Armenian monuments located within its administrative territory and welcomed the idea of expansion of the heritage conservation and restoration works, they are still concerned about the destiny of the monumental groups located on the country’s territory. Many of those are under danger not only due to natural threats (tornados, natural aging, volcano explosion, flood, archeological sustainability etc), but also due to human activities (absence of social identity, no proper care, vandalism etc).

CONJUGATION TO THE MEMORY OF GREAT POETESS, CITIZEN, AND ARMENIAN
I have a very difficult task to accomplish today by passing on the word of our relatives of Diaspora on the formation and existence of which the great poetess had an enormous impact.
It was a Holiday in each Armenian house of the Diaspora where Silva Kapoutikyan would pay a visit as it is a Holiday here and today because we are gathered near her tomb on the 90th anniversary of her birthday.
In the current Millennium where literature and poesy are floating out of the human spirit Silva has rekindled the love towards the beautiful arts with her sweet approach and envisions.
